charles は、既存の e コマース ツールとチャットボット ツールを 1 つのインターフェイスに統合し、すべてのメッセージング アプリとチャット アプリも統合できるように支援します。会話型コマース内で、顧客は質問したり、製品を見つけたり、注文と再注文したり、配送状況を追跡したり、返品ラベルや取引に関するパーソナライズされた通知を取得したりできます。
Shopify がスノーボード ショップとしてスタートしたのと同様に、このソフトウェアのアイデアは、WhatsApp 経由でのみ販売する衣料品ブランドを立ち上げることから生まれました。

共同創設者のアルジェム・ワイスベック氏は、最初の1,000人の購入者のうち250人以上が1カ月以内に再び購入したと述べ、「多くのブランドが私たちにアプローチし、どのソフトウェアを使用しているのか尋ねてきた。私たちはB2B市場での膨大な需要を認識し、ソフトウェアは自分たちで作ります。
このスタートアップの創設者も投資家も同様に、会話型コマースが「eコマースとソーシャルメディアの台頭以来、ブランドにとって最大の破壊者になる可能性がある」と信じている。
