Rinsing with salt water: Adding salt to warm water and gargling with this mixture can have an antiseptic effect and prevent the growth of bacteria in the mouth. This helps eliminate both oral infections and bad breath.
Chewing Gum: Chewing gum prevents the mouth from drying out by encouraging saliva production. In addition, saliva breaks down food residues and prevents them from forming deposits.
Chewing cardamom: Cardamom seeds are a frequently used product to prevent bad breath. Chewing the seeds directly or gargling with the waiting water can be beneficial in getting rid of bad breath.
